This is the biggest change. For many years, schooling rewarded students for repeating what they already knew. AI is better at that than any person. We will become useless if we keep practicing for that game. People who can work one level higher will have a better future. Judgment is now the most important ability, not coding or memorizing case law. It’s the skill of seeing a complicated reality, getting rid of assumptions, and asking the appropriate question. Let AI do the same thing over and over again so you can mentor, challenge, and inspire. Become a designer of life-changing events. · For businesses: It’s time to stop adding chatbots. The people that triumph will be the ones who rebuild around the new platform, putting proven talent ahead of seat time and human formation ahead of information transmission. The land has transformed. In a future where intelligence can be bought and sold, the hardest things to find will be human direction, taste, courage, and the ability to fail and start over. The question is no longer, “What kind of degree will you get?” But “What will you build with the most powerful tool ever given to you?” That’s what your true curriculum is. The class has started, and it will never stop.
